JOIN US FOR ABSEIL ADVENTURES
AT MT BUFFALO NATIONAL PARK

Are you enough to meet the challenge of a 300 metre Multi-Pitch abseil down the magnigificant North Wall of the Mt Buffalo Gorge and then to Scramble and Climb back out the other side?

THE ADVENTURE
This Adventure is normally conducted as a single-day adventure. We can also provide a two day activity with indroductory abseiling on the day prior.For those with limited abseiling experience we recommend this option.

The single day Program takes from 6 - 9 hours and requires a moderate level of fitness and good stamina.

THE DAY

l	First a 160 metre single pitch descent to Fuehrer's Ledge
l	Then three 40 to 50 Metre "twin- rope" pull down descents to the bottom of the cliff.
l	We then scramble down the cliff base to our lunch point on the crystal brook where we can look straight back up on to some of the major rock climbs while we eat our lunch.
l	After lunch we Mountaineer / Rock Climb back to the top up the South Wall which is a major adventure in itself.
l	The Day takes about 6 to 9 hours dependent on the group and the conditions.

NATIONAL PARK ENTRY FEE
There is a vehicle entry fee of $9.50 per car to enter the National Park, which is waived if using "on mountain" accommodation.

LUNCH and CLOTHING
You will need to bring outdoor clothing appropriate to time of year, lunch, water, a day pack, energy snacks and a sense of Adventure.
