CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL ACTIVITIES AND ADVENTURES

NORMALLY INCLUDED IN ACTIVITIES
All safety equipment, staff and resources for the activity conduct and other safety issues are included in the program unless otherwise arranged.

PARKS VICTORIA (OR OTHER LAND MANAGER) LAND USE FEES
These Fees are Included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.

GST
Included in the price shown

NOT NORMALLY INCLUDED
Personal items, hot or cold / wet weather gear, snow ski equipment, thermals etc, (except where arranged as a part of a package and included in the quoted price. Transport and accommodation may be arranged where requested.)

CONFIRMATION
Bookings are not normally considered CONFIRMED until a DEPOSIT is received a minimum of 60 Days prior to the Activity date.

CANCELLATIONS
Percentage of fee to be retained as an administrative charge is as follows:
    60 to 45 Days --------------25% of total fee.
    45 to 30 Days---------------50% of total fee.
    Less than 30 Days ----Full payment required
Adventure Guides Australia reserves the right to re-schedule any activity if conditions are unsafe or to provide an ALTERNATIVE activity or program.
Participants may NOT alter or cancell their activity dates or content without AGA approval.

WEATHER
We conduct activities in most weather conditions and with activities such as rock climbing we reserve the right to substitute other activities such as Abseiling if the weather precludes this adventure being safety or successfully conducted

AGENTS
Adventure Guides Australia takes no responsibility for miss-information or other issues relating to commission agents and others and recommends that participants contact us direct to obtain detailed information on activities.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
Participants are to be aware that as outdoor activities have an element of risk and that participation is at the customers own risk. AGA takes no responsibility for any accident, injury or loss of property etc that might result during or as a result of the conduct of the arranged activities.
Some activities by their nature, may have to be completed once commenced as the safest option. An assumption of risk form will be required to be completed by each participant prior to the activity.

ACTIVITY AGREEMENT
Receipt of a booking is deemed to be an agreement to participate in the program as per our Organizations and Field Leaders Requirements and these Conditions of participation. Signed formal activity agreements will be required of groups, schools etc.
